This might be a winner:

This might be exactly what I need for the office, considering all of my listening is done through my PC. I could certainly use it at home as well.

Audioquest dragonfly, ibasso (multble models) Headamp Pico.
There are many less expensive ones as well.

I came up with an Ibasso d12 in a trade. It's in the same price range and
runs Senns with no problem. The only issue there is it's a larger device.
I t has a rechargable battery, so it has more power to drive the big guns.
The Pico is a step up, with a $500 price tag, but can be had used close to your
price range. The guys at Head-case pick that one over the Ibasso and others.
I do have a Pico DAC only unit. What headphones do you have?
