hello everyon , i sent in a sub woofer from my rt2ooop and was told there on back order and it can take months to get. is this true, does it take that long for service to return warranty items

    Um, I think you would be better off posting a question about home audio speakers in the home audio forums. I don't think anyone here will be able to help you with your question. The best place to post would probably be the Troubleshooting forum.
