I just found out about his passing.

    Didn't know about this until now. The VTL gear (which hasn't been a too many pieces) that I've heard all sounded amazingly good. VTL tubed gear is outstanding. RIP Mr. Manley and thanks for your efforts.

    My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

    +1 Thanks Jesse for posting this, saw where he passed away from a heart attack on Dec. 26th 2012. RIP sir, thanks for creating some of the finest tubes amps in the world.
