has anyone had any experience with the Velodyne SPL800/Mini8 ?

I have been considering this subwoofer and wondered if anyone has any experience with it. My room is 22 x 26' with a 10 foot ceilings. I don't want big box in my room and I like the idea of a small sub capable of putting out high volumes of bass.
