NAD C272 or Adcom RB981 for SDA 2a. About to pull trigger.

Last question, promise! I've narrowed down my search and am waiting to purchase one or the other as I have two sellers waiting for return calls. The NAD is $325 and the Rotel is $100 and he has two available. I may be able to snatch both Rotels up for under $200. Any thoughts?

    Also, is the Rotel a common ground amp?
