Would this be a worthwhile trade for my RTA-12's?

I have someone interested in trading my pair of Polk RTA-12's for a set of broken ESS Translinear 1 speakers. The tweeters in one of the translinear speakers are blown, but I have some NOS replacements laying around. Should these speakers be an upgrade? I know I like the KEF racetrack passives and the transmission line should have plenty of bass! I would be getting some cash in the trade as well.

    I'd have to seriously consider it, but I've always liked the ESS Translinears. I would have to do some serious A/Bing to make that decision though.
