External Battery

Hoping someone could give me some suggestions for a good reliable external battery for an Ipnone 4. Would like the external battery to be able to charge from outlet. Have read about several on the internet but they most get mixed reviews. This might be a unrealistic but would like to be able to watch several movies and still be able to text when done. Figuring about 6 to 8 hrs continuous use.
