Just wondering if anyone is going to make something cool or unusual for the Superbowl. Most of the time with my friends I do the cooking, but this time around I demanded a pot luck style game. My donation? Arancini, this will be the first time ever I've tackled this, any tips would be great!

Nothing special here. Wont even be watching the full game . Have to be up at 3 to head to the hospital for the pre-baby stretching

Tonight dinner will be any leftovers in the fridge so we dont have to throw em all out since we will be in the hospital for about 3-4 days lol...

    Hopefully some good commericals hehehe....

This will be the first superbowl in the last 10 years that I'm not having an all-day bash with the guys.

But...I'm still doing nachos, and ordering pizza and wings.

And I get to watch in on 100" with my two boys...so yea, I am with the guys.

    Unusual?

    No but special, yes!

BBQ baby back ribs - smoked low and slow!

Pre-game snacks: crackers & cheese with alaskan smoked salmon....and lots of beer!!

Low key here also. Just started the grill for fajitas, and have cooked off seasoned hamburger for nachos.

Wings, chips & dip, and no beer. Tomorrow's a work day and 4am comes pretty early when you've had too much fun the night before.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
