Diff between EX2650 and EX3650 car speaks

Hello all, new to the forum but not new to Polks or car audio.
I just got back from Circuit City to try and get them to take care of a botched car audio install. Install of some Polk EX2650's.

They were able to get the tweeter itself out but it has a lot of epoxy on it. The trim ring is toast and quite a bit of hacking to the factory mount was done.
As you can see the installer got epoxy all over the tweeter itself and after much debate Circuit City has agreed to replace them with the EX3650's. At first the manager just wanted to swap out the tweeters but the he couldnt tell me any specs or if the crossover would correctly work with the new tweets. On that note I made him swap the whole set out. Man I hate Circuit City. This isnt the first problem I have had with them.
Anyone know the diff between these 2? Know where I can find some specs? Thanks.
