Krell Amp good price for this one?

Not Much high end gear shows up on our local craigslist this one did, way out of my price range, maybe some one close by has been looking for one. I'am sure this one would be overkill for my SDA'S. I'am just curious what speakers would be a good match with this beast? No affiliation

    It' has a fully differential(balanced)output stage so is not common ground .

    Since it's not common ground you could buy or make an AI-1 "Dreadnought" per Ray's instructions and the amp would be fine with your SDA'a. What SDA's do you own?

    There is one of those at Audio Video Logic in Des Moines...or at least there was. New Old Stock...they wanted $7k for it.
    The new Evolution 402 which is as close to the stats of that one as you can get with Krell's new stuff and is only 400wpc retails for $18,500.
    The 600watt mono Evolution 600 also retails for $18,500.

    $3500 is actually a very fair and heavily leaning towards pretty darned good price for that amp.

    That is a very good price! I prefer the sound of the KSA series.
