Computer bundles and the greatest PC case ever

I have a barely used Corsair Obsidian 800D case for sale. After moving this guy is not going to fit into its new home and I'm wanting something a little smaller. I have all the accessories for it in a box that came with the case. I did not retain the original box as it was very large.
This will need to be picked up in central Ohio (Columbus). I would be willing to drive a little ways to meet someone. I'm asking $180 for it.
I am selling a few computer bundles that I don?t need due to some upgrades. The two used sets are in great shape and were never used much or driven hard. The first bundle up for sale was used by me for about a year in my main rig that saw, on average, 1-2 hours of use per day and then it was shut down. The CPU was overclocked from 2.8ghz to 3.4ghz without much of a voltage increase and was cooled with a Hyper 212+, which was overkill. I removed the Hyper 212+ for my i5-3570k build and will be including the original, never used HS+F.
I am asking $90 plus shipping.

The next bundle was used by me for about a year as an HTPC that was shut down when not used. This may have saw usage 3-4x per week for 2 hours a night. The HS+F is the stock that came with the 7750 and is still mounted. I would prefer to sell it this way as I no longer have the 7750 box. The picture does not show the motherboard plate for the case but it will be included.
I am asking $60 plus shipping.

The last bundle is brand new, never used. The CPU box has never been opened, nor was the motherboard box. I just opened the motherboard box to take the picture. The motherboard box does have the UPC code cut off as I sent it in for a rebate. Don?t let the single core fool you, it?s quite a capable chip as long as you aren?t a hard-core gamer. You can BIOS unlock it to a dual-core but I?m not guaranteeing it will.
