Just a little update here. I had to send one of the drivers from Thiel 7.2s in for repair. So, I put the LSMi703s in the main system.

I really like what I am hearing. The 703s are throwing a nice soundstage and the bass is surprisingly good. The mids are nice and musical. Only the highs are a little less extended than I would like. Overall these speakers really hold there own with high-end electronics.

Compared the the Thiels the sound stage is much smaller as can be expected. The Bass is not as extended or clean. The 703s can sound congested when turning up the volume as compared to the Thiels.

Hello and welcome to Club Polk, tullman. I can tell that you are serious when it comes to audio. Nice.
