    They are really hitting up the looks department on some of the new gear. I like it too. Also noticed price tags are going north at a good clip. Regardless, theirs a product line for every budget. The used market is going to get crowded soon.

    I'm also glad that industrial design is being considered these days with electronics and speakers.

    I feel like the biggest differences is that speaker/component designs are definitely getting more distinctive, and -- like everything else -- the pieces are becoming more and more like mini-computers with tons of tech inside... outside of amps, not much seems simple these days.

    Well for the first time ever in my gear life, manufacturers are catching up with me (DIY) in regards to hi-res (384/32) and DSD capability with their DAC offerings.:cheesygrin:

    As always, nice to see the new stuff.

    EDIT: It would be nice to see a wider and more affordable selection of the hi-res and DSD stuff too. I see more players with hi-res (384) and DSD capability offered. Maybe someday it will happen, but I won't bet on it.
