"Bump" just moves the thread up to the top of the list and also makes it available when someone selects the "View New Posts" button.

Apparently no one has seen it.

I tried to use a RS set up disk. Didn't find it all that useful.

I did buy a db meter while there. Man, if you don't have one of them, that is the ticket. Get it and calibrate your speakers with it from your favorite listening spot. The put in a powerful soundtrack to test the results.(i would suggest TLOTR or better yet a Star Wars dvd)

    you'll know what i mean...

The "optimizer" looks like shameless advertising for some movies. :D

I got to see the optimizer & didnt like it. We have been using the Digital video essentials recently & that works real well. If a customer wants me to install a item they purchase from us we use the dve to do a calibration for the customer. We have been selling the Onkyo txds701's & have had customers want us to do all the cables & power conditioners too. If the job is large enough we throw in free install or for smaller purchases we charge an install fee. for a large job or when we charge the install fee we leave the customer the dve dvd as part of the install service. So far most customers have been real happy with the DVE & have gone through the disk learning about video & audio. A couple even came back to purchase better cables, now that they understand that standard coax is not as good as s vid & S vid is not as good as component so on.
