who needs jewel cases

i have a drawer full of jewel cases, mostly blu-ray, some dvd and x-box, and a few cd cases, i dont feel like throwing them out as someone may want them, i am also incredibly bored, and i dont think this is worthy of being posted, but oh well hows everybody's weekend

    I keep my music in the original cases. There's nothing worse than all that scuffing that comes from
    sliding cd's in and out of wallet style holders. That's why cd's ship in those cases.
    I have a bunch of the "slimline" jewel cases for software to support my lab set up.
    As far as DCD cases, they made them big to keep movies from walking out of the stores.

    i never take my cd's out of it, they go into there after i upload them to the PC, and blu-rays dont scuff or scratch so easy like cd's, right?

    I believe the outer layer of cd's and dvd's are made of the same material, so they would be subject to the same scratches.

    blu-rays arent dvd's though right? i keep hearing how blu-rays are a lot more durable than prior cd's
