Just wanted to say hi. Stumbled across this forum while trying to figure out how I can replace a blown tweeter.

I've had a pair of SDA-SRS 2s since they were new, way back in 1986. Powered by Adcom GFA-555. They still look pretty good and sound as great as ever (blown tweeter excepted, of course.)

Bought the speakers in Virginia, but they've since lived in WA, GA, OH, SC, back to WA, and now in SE TX near Houston.

Look forward to talking with you all.

SRS2s are sweet units, welcome. Call 1-866-764-1801, tell the folks that you're a forum member, they'll fix you up with the right part and give you a discount too.

Hehe, ain't that the truth. Started for me with a spike repair. Wouldn't trade my audio journey since then for anything.

    Welcome to the forum, scooter808484.

    Thanks for the warm welcome.

As far as service, my wide ranging list of addresses was acquired in the pulp & paper industry, but now, having switched to oil and gas, I've inevitably landed in Houston.

I've already found a lot of the potential mods, that NEED to get done, this might get complicated. First things first, though, got get that tweeter fixed. Four RD0194-1s on the way.

    Thanks everybody!
