Hi, I plan to put 2x MM2124's in my trunk along w/ a C500.1 amp. Just to let you know im going for clarity (sp?). Problem is my trunk is sealed off from the cab of my car. I have a metal plate behind the backseat. Should I go with the MM2124's or go with something else? I already have the C500.1 so that's a must.

Thanks alot

2124's will be fine -- they should be just about perfect on that amp... i dont know if polk is under / over rating their stuff... but if you can pinch about 600 outa that amp at 2 ohms, then that'll do those subs just fine... even if you're down at 550, its still fine.

dont sweat the metal plate man -- try it out -- if it aint loud enough -- cut the friggin plate.
