SDA 2B and Denon 2200

So I have had my sda 2b,s for a while just waiting on an amp that will drive these speakers .christmas put a big dent in the wallet, anyways I have an opportunity to pick up a denon poa 2200 it is supposed to be mint condition, the manual that came with the speakers says they are 6 ohm, are any of the members here driving there sda,s with this same amp .just looking for some input so Im not wasting my time with this amp . Thanks in advance for any replies .

Well that 2200 is 200wpc so it should do just fine, assuming its a common ground amp, got my 2b,s running off an adcom Gfa 545 a conservitive 100 wpc and does a fine job barley gets warm running it all day. I have and still do own denons good product.Home Theater

Yes, the Denon 2200 IS common ground. It should power the 2Bs wonderfully.
