Sittin on the think tank about to embark on an 18 mile run in prep for a marathon nxt week. Its five am. i dreamed i didnt run. i like that.

    I often get up (weather permitng spring through fall) at 6am do a twelve mile off road course through the woods on my mountain bike, to prepare for the annual all day 25 mile ride with my sisters husband who kicks my butt, but at least I can keep up. Sittin on the ol think tank is a must prior to any event. Good luck with your upcoming marathon.
