Pin/Blade cable for SDA-CRS

I have received suggestions to use a modified RCA cable But I am looking to purchase either a used or new Pin/Blade cable for a pair of SDA-CRS's i recently obtained. (I remember Ben used to custom make these back in the day.) If you have one or fab them, please drop me a line.

I'm also using RCA cable but it's not a tight fit and can fall out easily.
May be I also should look for something better. Hmm...
