FS or Trade: VTI 13" Rack Shelf in Black

I just got in a VTI BL-404 rack system in all black-shelves, poles, pole caps. The 13" shelf is too tall. I want to trade it even for a 9" shelf in pretty much scratchless condition or sell it for 119.00+shipping (which the cost of a 9" shelf). In case you don't know already this 13" VTI shelf is not available for sale anywhere. Only the 9" sizes and below are available for sell as separates. This is a good opportunity for someone that owns a taller piece of gear, or who wants to stack together twosmaller pieces etc.,
