Royal Breakfast Anyone?

Here we have a wonderful breakfast hash built with last nights leftovers. All items diced into this dish which include bacon wrapped and peppercorn encrusted filet mignon, potato, carrot and finally sauteed onion.

The final plate with thinly sliced sourdough toast topped with a little butter and a healthy dose of Dickinson's strawberry preserves. Add Orange Juice and a couple nicely done eggs........
