Had to put new hard drive in my laptop and re configure my wireless access. It set up AES encryption and now my Panasonic Viera will not connect to it when I put in my pass key for the access point. I did some research and found out that my tv only recognizes WEP or WPA encryption. Anyone heard of this?

Yeah, well, your smart TV isn't so smart after all, eh?

JK, sorry you're having problems. Good luck

I ran into issues when setting up my BDT320. Only way around it I found was to change the encryption type or go wired.

Can you change your router's settings to WPA2? That seems to be the best and most common standard to use. I use a Panasonic blu ray player and have no problems connecting to my router with WPA2-PSK security set up.
