The last time I checked it was one of the fastest SATA, non solid state, HDDs you can buy! I paid a lot more than $80 for mine when I bought it too...

Tech Bump... This is very high performacne drive, very desireable for gammers. It spins at 10,000rpm drive, not your run of the mill 7200rpm. Has a SATA Interface wtih 6.0gbps. 3.5" desktop size form factor. And it came standard with a 5 year warranty... so if mshan just bought it a year ago then there should be lots of warranty left... might want to locate the serial number and check the warranty status at wdc.com as it would be a nice selling point... GLWTS.
