Parasound HCA-1000A amp. For a budget amp this thing kicks some major tushy! It's a Parasound people. It was able to drive my 15's very well. The top has some blemishes and scratches. Faceplate looks pretty good.

Do you still have this amp to sell? if so may I ask how old is it? I am interested.Like you said cash in hand is what I have for this amp.I do have a Paypal account or I can send money order, cashiers check.PM me if it is still up for sale.I was thinking of get the A21 but trying out this amp before I put down 2 g's too see if I will like a Parasound amp is well just sound in book.or I could get the A23 for under a G but your amp is a nice deal for what you are asking for it.

IMO yes, it'll do just fine. 125watts @8 ohms is plenty.

Ken, I'd like to try to sell first. Wifey is not as hot on paying that much for a bar as I may be.

Last piece of my puzzle to go. Had a couple near misses but it's still here. I may consider a sub as trade or partial. But, obviously a straight sale would be better.

If its still around in a week I might have a buyer for you, but don't hold me to that just yet.

Would it be a good choice to run a pair of monitor 70's in a 7.1 HT system and take the load of driving the two fronts off the receiver ? My setup is an Onkyo 809, CS2 center, two 70's,two30's wide and two 40,s for the rear. I have been toying with the idea of getting a 3 channel for the front stage, but am curious of this choice instead.

That's a nice AVR you have but IMHO I feel it's almost always best to use separate amplification, especially on the fronts. Either a two or three channel amp will help you.

Look at my sig, Yes it will, just fine. It won't be ear bleeding.

What is this thing still doing here. If I come up with some extra coin I'll take it. Need some thing to power my center off of.

    Thanks, Dave!

I would consider a trade for a Samsung Galaxy S3. US Cellular or unlocked.

Unlocking phones is now illegal as of this past weekend. Gotta love congress. You can't do what you want with your electronics, and you have no privacy in your own home. Also if your kids leave there toys on the floor they will take your kids, believe me I know.
