call Polk customer service, tell them what you need and that you are a Club Polk forum member.
They will send you a replacement for $48.

Or try Ebay, you think you only need one now?

The 6510 will pop up quite often for $30 + shipping
The 6511's are quite rare.
The new ones are China?
I have heard that they are ok.
Ask for Helen they are about $50POLK SDA 2.3 TLS BOUGHT NEW IN 1990, Gimpod/Sonic Caps/Mills RDO-198

At the moment I need a total of three. I am going to try and repair the old ones but I wouldn't mind having a few on hand just in case.Speakers: TL Monitor 10s, RTA 11TLs, Fortes, Thiel CS 1.2

If they are all 3 MW6510 consider yourself lucky like I said the 6511 are very scarce.
You could buy new ones and take time repairing the old ones and or looking for originals.
If you can afford it get 4 new ones, 2 for each speaker, that way all of your 6510's will be the same.
I have been fortunate I have got 4 off ebay no problems. No they don't go out that easy I just have a stash :biggrin:POLK SDA 2.3 TLS BOUGHT NEW IN 1990, Gimpod/Sonic Caps/Mills RDO-198

Do the 6510s have the magnet-shifting problems of the other midbass drivers? I can't remember what I have in my Polk 7As and 5As (6501s I think) but I've lost 3 drivers when the magnets shifted. Now all of my drivers have epoxy on them to keep them from shifting. If I were buying from ebay I would make sure that the drivers were similarly prepped or otherwise would buy new from Polk for piece of mind.HT System:
