My SDA's came with a interconnect that goes between the left and right speaker ...I was wondering , If I don't hook that up...am I missing something? What is this cable?

What SDA's did you get? You didn't know what you were buying?

The interconnect cable connects the SDA portion of your speaker, The left and right speakers have a set of stereo drivers and a set of "dimentional" drivers (Stereo Dimentional Array).

Without hooking up the interconnect cable you have a nice pair of regular stereo speakers. With the cable connected you have a great pair of SDA SPEAKERS, I wish Polk still had the diagram of what SDA does here online but it is gone.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!
