I lucked into a Parasound 1200 II yesterday while on business in NC. Man does it make the SDA's sound so sweet. Night and day better than just listening to the Onkyo 805 drive them. Came with the original box and all paperwork. Happy camper here!

It's a new ball game of listening for sure. Much more detail in the music and movies are a gas. someone with the knowledge could explain why this is, all I can say is "What it Is" better..MUCH BETTER!! no joke

No one ever believes what a amp does when added to the equation. Especially for power hungry speakers.

No, just the 2 on the left hand side (as facing) I'll try the tweets you gave me here in a minute and if they work, I guess I'll tame the volume down!

not sure, but my friend above in this reply has a bag full of those, just no clue on how to replace. Thanks.

Thanks to fellow polkie deronb1 for the replacement tweeters. Now to keep my volume **** itchy fingers off of the volume control until I figure out the upgrades that will allow blasting without burning out anything?? If that's even possibe??

I had a set of sl2000's for a quick fix. It wont be long until I get the upgrades done and will be upgrading the tweets then anyway. Thanks
