Going to be setting up my first home theater next weekend look to have most of my items picked up by next week.

For my rear speakers there doesn't look to be an option for hiding the wiring so I was looking at the a wireless kit and came across the rocketfish kit.

It has some good reviews was wondering if any of you had some input on this unit or any other wireless kit out there.

It goes for $99.99 at bestbuy was thinking of grabbing one next week.

It's worth a try with their return policy. You'll still have exposed wires that you'll want to hide though. I'm not a fan of those spring style speaker cable terminasl but it might suffice for the application it's used for. Give it a try & report back. Polk also has a wireless surround speaker that just needs to be plugged into an outlet. It's pretty darn good too...I had one in my system as part of a tour the speaker was making between members here.

I've considered these for above my cabinets in my kitchen, hidden. They go for less than half that price on eBay. Just a friendly FYI.

    Will do.

Do you happen to know the model for the polk audio wireless kit?

The only bad review I have read so far on the rocketfish kit is every now and again there seems to be a popping sound.

It's not a kit but an actual speaker. It's more money than what you're looking at but it is an excellent product.

I work at BB ans those things fly off the shelves. A lot of the people are return customers using it for garages, patios, extras rooms and the like. It must be decent. I have considered them, for my lani.

I guess it doesn't hurt to give them a try the popping noise kind of worries me though.

Does anyone here use the kit?
