My fantastic wife gave birth to our second child 24 hrs ago. Her name is Ella. Mom and baby are doing well as is 19month old brother, Noah. We hope to be home today.

    She was 6.9 lbs.
    Quite the miracle seeing as we were told we could not have kids, two healthy beautiful kids later.

    Congrats on the new addition; we have two beautiful daughters and I wouldn't want it any other way (until they start dating!!!). There is a special bond for little girls and their dads. There is a great book that a friend gave me after our first was born, it is called "Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters: 10 Secrets Every Father Should Know". If you are interested I can send it to you for you to read. Really opens your eyes in terms of the way daughters see their fathers and how important the bond is.
