Here in the state of Washington the state lottery sold raffle tickets to help out vets. Total of 200,000 were to be sold. The winner of the $1 million top prize was ticket number 023916, I had 023894!! Sheesh, maybe if i had been a minute or two slower in buying it..."if wishes were horses"....
