I setting up my basement theater (room size 9x16), I was wondering if this would sound good.
I have the following:
Projector Epson 5020ub
Receiver Pioneer 1022k (I know its not the best, but it's what I had)
Center speaker TL3
Side speakers TL3 x2
Subwoofer PSW505
was thinking of adding the following:
Front speaker TSI 400 (would also consider 300 & 500, if there was a big difference, Please comment)
Rear speaker TL3 or TSI 200 (please comment on this also)
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Put the 400's up front, get a cs20 for the center and move the tl3's to surround.

9 feet wide? Not really sure how good that will sound. A lot of speakers need space from the side walls and with what your working with you are going to have some bad room modes to deal with. How tall will it be?Absolute corruption empowers absolutely.

I think the Epson 5020 is a good choice as a previous Epson 5010 owner. If 3D is super important then you can't go wrong but if you want thebest picture for lights off movie viewing on a screen no larger than 133" then the JVC rs45 is going to smoke that Epson and save you a couple of hundred

i need to go back and count the amount of posts from you farmboy of hating on the epsons lol its cute to each their own, projectors are very subjective, and for every good point each one has, theres a negative some where. In a 9x16 size room he could probably use almost anything and it would look decent.Home Theater Setup
