1. Checks made out to Githens, mailed to me and hand delivered to Githens by me - $4,403.75

2. Amount of the personal check I wrote and hand delivered to Githens on 17 Dec 2012 - $5,670

3. Total donation for calendar year 2012 - $10,173.75
