Can I use a Music Hall a15.2 integrated as a power amp?

I'm pretty new to this hobby and am still learning. I have a Music Hall a15.2 integrated amp. I'm wondering if it can be used with my Outlaw receiver as a power amp? The MH has a pre-out to use it as a pre-amp, but not pre-in. Could I connect the Outlaw's pre-outs to one of the inputs on the Music Hall?
