HDMI cable between 25 to 30' long

Good afternoon folks,

So I'm renovating the basement for the 2nd time and moving all my audio equipment underneath the stairs kind of like a built in cabinet front open but flush with the wall;Should work great about five feet from the main panel so I can run a couple of 20 amp circuits. And I can access the back of the amps and AVR.

So looking for input on HDMI cables and speaker cables R/L and centre around 25 to 30' long budget around $500 to $600 give or take a bit.
