Hello, putting up a wall to make a 2.1 audio setup, need help on what size to make it. It will be a rectangular room. One wall is 26 ft. That wall is the one to be divided. The other is 16.5 ft. so that is the given. The speakers will be 2 ft. from the front wall and 3 ft. from either side wall. The speakers are Paradigm S1 V2 with some help from a sub at 80hz cut off. Please input what wall the speakers will be on. Everything else in the room will be fit around the speakers. Except for the shape the room can be pretty much an open canvas.

Thanks for your help,
Joe

Hi I am sure there are more recommendations to come but I read in the forum on rule of thumb 1:1.62:1.62 H:W:L. Note L is 1.62 of the witdth. The other accoustic treatments are far more important than the size.
Main: Accuphase E406 with Marantz CD6004 driving Polk LSi M705
    Bedroom: Bose Wave
Study: Marantz KI PM Pearl Lite with PC driving Polk RTi A1 and DSW Pro 440
