Why isn't the "Rolls Eyes" icon available when using the "Go Advanced" option for replying to posts?

For whatever reason (operator error), I'm not seeing that icon. Talk about missing sarcasm. <missing icon>
Anyway, I just tested Safari and Chrome on the iPad, and IE on Windows 7, and that icon does not appear. ??? I only see it in the basic reply box for a post.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

I can't find it either with Windows 7 and IE in the Advanced section.
