Hey guys,

I am clearing out a bunch of audio gear that is all in very good shape with almost no use on them. If you have any specific questions on any of the gear I can answer any questions about them. Also I will be posting pics off all of the stuff that isnt new in box, although it may take a while.

both of the 880's and 990's are 250 ohm the standard version. I personally have heard the permium 600ohm version on a standard ipod with wav files and I cant hardly tell any difference.

The 250 version of those Beyers are more amp friendly, you really need a good amp to get the best out of the 600 version

I am having to do some traveling for work this weekend so I wont have pics up until Monday. Sorry guys. However all the items are about a 9 on the agon scale. The headphones have a little pressure mark in the foam headband from sitting on a stand..... it will most likely come out with time.

Any of those Beyers at those "prices" are a good deal! I just picked up a set of the older DT990 Pros 250 ohms. And they do quite well on a good vintage receiver; they are, as most point out, a LITTLE too bright up top and there is some sibilance on some recordings, but I suspect a TUBED H-phone amp can tame that.

Otherwise, very "airy", good detail, mids are better than "most" reviews claim (not really that recessed), good low end. Definitely not as FLAT as the DT 880 (probably more "fun" to listen to, though). Bit of a U shaped sound curve: more low end, good mids, and accentuated highs. Of course they're only "half-way" into the break-in process.

If you're sensitive to highs go DT880s. And yeah, these have almost NO isolation, but they (250 ohm) are NOT that hard to drive. DT770s, probably your best bet for good isolation!

Buy with confidence from Jaritta.

I'd consider replacing my 600 ohm 770's with something all my devices could push (ipad, etc.), so if someone were interested in the 600 ohm, I'd sell those and immediately buy another pair of 770's from Jaritta.

(Not thread jacking, just putting that option out there, in case someone is interested specifically in the 600s.)
