Should be collecting all the component for my first Home Theater System and have been debating whether to put my RTI4 rear speakers on a stand or a wall mount like the AM-40.

Any suggestions or recommendations on where to buy or look?

The RTI4 is about 20+ pounds and it can get a little "tippy" if mounted on a stand. This could be dangerous to children and pets assuming they will be used near the main room where the tv is located. Stands are moveable and could be placed out of the way when not in use and then placed and they can be placed in a variety of locations to enhance the audio experience. Wall mount is safe and rather permanent and will require some testing to get the best spot for sound before attaching. Good luck, send photos.

I have mine wall mounted with AM-40s, which work and look great. They hold the RTi4s securely, and allow positioning them exactly as you want.

    Nice choice.

I used the B-Tech equivalents for my first setup and RTi4s....clean look and very secure!

That was a nice setup, Erik!

To OP. Rti-4s can't weigh any more than 12 lbs. They are NOT 20 lbs. That's really not "that" heavy! They have nice build construction but they don't weigh as much as an LSi-7!
