This is an interesting project. The Orbit's table has a similar designed tonearm as the VPI Classic. If one can take the risk of investment, the $150 price is better than a Craigslist gamble on a used table. Looks like about a six month wait to shipment if it goes into production. Not Affiliated. (Yet)

This looks pretty interesting. Actually considering taking the risk. Not sure where I would even use the table, but I'm sure I could come up with something.

I would go for the 250 option with the acrylic platter. Got to admire their ambition.

Yea. That seems like the best deal. Especially considering you get both the platter, and cartridge upgrade. Heck, I recently payed $125 for just an acrylic platter for my mmf-2.1.

has anyone put in any money for this? i'm really tempted to give it a go for a nice budget TT... It'd be neat i think with the cobalt blue $250 option.

I've been watching this for weeks. Worried that it might be a lateral move to my already budget table. The part i don't like is the MDF....

No manuel cue lift for the tonearm. Anyone else notice that. Hope you have a steady hand. Dealbreaker IMO.
