Receiver settings

I have been playing with my settings and can't seem to get the sound I want. I need help on the crossover, speaker size, and biamp settings.
Two mains: 2x polk T90e, biamp wired
Sub1: polk Psw650
Sub2: yamaha sw-p201
Receiver: Yamaha RX-A1000
Existing Receiver settings: 5ch biamp, front: large
Room size: big
Questions:
1. Should the t90e mains be 'small' with bass x-over set to ~60-80Hz?
2. Should the sub be hooked up via the lfe output on the amp?
3. Does the biamp buy me anything?
4. I have a yamaha sw-p201 sub in garage; can I use this for my 0.2 sub channel?
5. If yes to q4 above, what's is a good starting point for separation/placement relative to the 0.1 channel (psw650)?
6. What should the psw650's volume knob be set to during the YPAO measurement?
