Watched it last night. Better than the first one, I thought.

A modern day Indiana Jones type movie.

Great transfer - flesh tones were outstanding. No EE, no grain (except intended in one scene). Very film like.

Audio was also awesome. DD5.1 but great surround use and great bass power and character. Vocal were clear, but a "little" on the quiet side. 5 clicks under Reference Level (DVE) worked for me.

Story was interesting and kept my attention. Not an award winner but a pretty high rewatchability factor and good special effects and Jolie looks sexy as ever. A few scenes stretch credulity and require suspension of disbelief, but hey - most action movies do.

A thumbs up from Doc - 7.5/10. Worth a buy if you like this genre.

Thanks for the quick review Doc, now I know. The frist one sucked-****, mainly because of Jolie. I doubt I'll even borrow this one (if I can find anyone that has it). The a/v may be good but it's got one major down fall, just like the first...Jolie.

Gotta put in for a major thumbs down to that comment. There aren't many actors/actresses I can't stand, but she is at the top of my list with Halle Berry a close runner up.

    Peace Out~:D

    Agree - laughable.
Way to James Bond for me. Great PQ and sound though.
