Ok, for the last couple of days I see a guy in a ups outfit rolling around a hand truck
with boxes dropping off stuff- no truck in site. I guess they are just dumping temp
guys out to do the neighborhood deliveries?

They do that everywhere. Here too. FedEx has a similar program. Usually students doing the work.

one showed up at our business in a budget rental truck. Go figure
    Room surrounded by Rtia9's.
    2 Xpa-2's firing the front
Xpa-5 firing the center Rtia6 and rear
2 MFW-15's firing on all cylinders
Onkyo NR3007 playing my favorite song
And a smile on my face.
