Check Your Paypal Charges....

I was just made aware that Netflix, that I cancelled last month, had a clone account and has been charging me double since Feb '12. One account through Paypal and the other directly through the account the PayPal is tied to. I found this out when receiving a bill after I made the cancellation. Absolutely ZERO activity on its history but for some reason they are fighting a refund. Paypal says "...it's electronic data and not covered under the protection agreements." My bank says maybe only 3 months worth.

Do you carry a Paypal balance?
I'm asking because I don't, but I use Netflix. I'm wondering how I could be charged through Paypal and not be aware of the charge. I've always had to approve Paypal charges.2.1: PC>Schiit Gungnir MB>Schiit Freya Noval>NAD C-270>Ascend Acoustics Sierra-1, HSU STF-2 5.1: HDMI Bitstream>Denon AVR-1910>polkaudio RTE55, CS350-LS, RT3, HSU STF-2, Visio M55-F0 -
Me either and no I carry no balance in this account. When I search for Netflix on Google It automatically opens my personal contact info for Netflix. Someones **** ain't in a group at NF I am guessing.
I saw both charges I just assumed they were for the same account just a duplicate invoice. Having NOT opened a second account I am not sure why I would think that they weren't the same. Only when I receive an ongoing bill after cancelling last month did I even know of the two accounts. Though I won't go into details, the second email used for the surprise account is for my more delicate banking. There is no way I would have used that email address for anything media or online banking/transfer whatsoever.Too much **** to list.... -
