Anyone got an inside on when the new Lsi line is due out?

Since the 'old' Lsi's are more than 2 years out, and all, I'm figuring some kinda retooling's gotta be happening? Anyone know?

When does Polk start their fiscal year? I guess you mean the April-July period, right?

Correct. I was actually told that it would be in the March/April timeframe so I figured that putting the 2nd quarter would be safe.

You guys have actually heard a new line is coming out? Or you're just guessing since they've been out for a few years?

I was working on the assumption - since Polk seems to be good about updating the lines every 2-3 years - that a new line would be forthcoming. RVJIII seems to have the 'inside' info I was looking for. Now if only I had corroboration of this from a few more sources.

My information comes from an authorized dealer that worked with me a few times when I was ordering speakers, etc. As a part of their distribution channel I am sure that they get some lead time on when the new lines will be coming out so that they can manage their inventory appropriately.

I guess that we'll just have to wait and see but it sounded like the timing is about right.
