Congrats! Both are great speakers. I've owned both. I definitely prefer the LSi's for music... I also preferred them for HT, but that wasn't as much of a blowout. Report back your results, and as always... pics or it didn't happen!:biggrin:2-Channel: PC > Schiit Eitr > Audio Research DAC-8 > Audio Research LS-26 > Pass Labs X-250.5 > Magnepan 3.7's

I was back to Frys and they still have the 9s at 449.00 till 12-31-12 till they run out. I never saw it on line or in their ad so it maybe a in house buy. I work about a half a mile from Frys so Im there a lot. Maybe to much since most all the guys in the audio department know me by name and text me with some of their good deals. Watched Batman last night. Switching all the speakers wires and changing from 4 ohms to 8 ohms from the 9s to the lsi15s take a little time. So far I find the bass is better on the 9s and the 15s are much clearer. Also I think I hear more detail with the 15s. Im still trying to learn how to set up my reciever and the crossover on the speakers and bass. Ive been moving the bass around the room looking for the best sound. I bought my LSI15 set up used. It was a couple years old. It was like new. The 9s set cost me quite a bit more. I couldnt find the lsic or the LSIF/X anywhere new. Got a lot better deal used. I will try to post some pictures later oif I fiqure out how.
