If you are referring to the terminals, they are standard 5 way binding posts so they will accept stripped wires or banana plugs.
As far as wire recomendations, this is like asking what's the best oil on an auto forum or asking who makes the best RAM on a computer forum.

The answer is, there are a ton of options.
Personally, I use Audioquest 14/2 from their Flexible series. I get it in bulk dirt cheap locally. And then I put on a set of quality banana plugs.
Frankly, at this level of equipment, as long as you use the proper guage wire for the distance you need and the power you will be pushing, even big box store bulk cable will suffice.

Again, these are *my* opinions and preferences. Everything I posted should be taken with a grain of salt as your experiences may vary.

That is a nice setup that you should be very pleased with. Any speaker wire will work, but if you're on a budget I would suggest this:

    http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10239&cs_id=1023901&p_id=2789&seq=1&format=2

    and this: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10401&cs_id=1040115&p_id=9436&seq=1&format=2

Make sure you measure to see how much cable you need. You will need a pair of wire clippers to splice the wire.

Also, monoprice is very cheap but does not offer free shipping. So while you at it get whatever HDMI cables or other cables that you need. It never hurts to have a few extra, ut it sucks to not be able to get everything hooked up because you are missing one cable.

    good luck!

the bananna plugs you suggested seem to go in the receiver side but in the movie says speakers need pin screw type.
does it matter if its pin screw or regular plug?

Your speakers will accept banana plugs, spades or bare wire.

My system is using 14 everywhere. I ran the same cable through the walls to the wall plates. ANd it isn't too big. The Audioquest cable I am using is slightly smaller in diameter than a grounded power cable (think the power cable for your computer or TV).

These are a lot better banana plugs than the one's I've seen people posting:
    http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=eKs-BP2
They contact the terminals along their full length. "Normal" banana plugs only contact the terminal at their widest point. Perhaps about a third of their length.

Actually, I am going to go ahead and emphatically disagree with you here that the product you linked is better than other linked in this thread.
The reason isn't for the contact surface. You are sort of right there.
It is because other products listed in this thread are actually made from the materials claimed. i.e. copper clad in gold.
The product you linked to is tin clad in gold colored chrome. I know this because I had this exact product and noticed after unplugging and plugging back in several times, the coating started to scratch off. So I tested it. The coating tested as brass and the "core" tested as nickel and tin.
