Holy Wow. Talk about heavy hitters.

Only watched part of it on DVR for now, but everyone I saw was killing it.

Roger Waters...awesome (although "Gilmour" was kind of a tool)
Eddie Vedder...way awesome of course
Clapton...great
The Who...great (especially 'Love Reign')

Can't wait to watch the rest tomorrow. They really put together a show this time.

I second that. Joel rocked it pretty good. West just doesnt belong in that line up. So many more talented better suited people instead of him. I am gonna have to youtube the Floyd parts. I missed those

Checking out The Stones now. Seems like everyone was on their game. Havn't seen Kanye, Alicia, Grohl or Paul yet.

He's the hose nozzle that jumped up on stage at the Grammys and stated that another artist was more deserving of the award being presented to Taylor Swift. A real class piece of work and his "music" blows, badly.

Jagger and Richard are two of the ugliest men on this planet. Hang it up boys.

Clapton ruled and The Who were great. Nice Moon tribute.

I was very glad that I watched the show delayed on DVR. Took about 30 seconds to figure out that I needed to fast forward past Kanye West. That was some serious trash.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

Grohl on the drums was nothing short of amazing. He is a good guitarist and singer for the Foo fighters but his place is on the drums for sure

I still havent seen the roger waters stuff. The setlist he had sounds good though. Overall I think it was a fantastic show. West being the exception.

I only made it until midnight before I turned in, so I have yet to see the last TWO hours of the show. What I did see I was very impressed. Also, having seen Grohl just about two years ago up close playing a full set on the drums, I can say that dude is a beast on the drums. I think we're going to see another Crooked Vultures album soon from him, Holmes and JPJ. Since FF is on an unknown break, we'll get to see Grohl doing a lot of interesting performances with other artists. Who would have guessed that Nirvana's drummer would become the largest and most successful musician of the 90's? Cool stuff.

Also, I agree with the statements on Mr. West. Ten years ago he was a much better artist, why wouldn't they book Mr. NY himself, Jay-Z for this show and bring on Kanye for a song or two? I've seen Jay-Z live on a whim, and he would have been a much better choice. IMHO.

Apparently Jay-Z didn't want to do it. He's all about the Barclay's Center now, don't think he wants to step foot in the Garden.

Agree on the Moon tribute. Thought Clapton sounded exactly as he did 30 years ago, if I closed my eyes I couldn't tell the difference. Roger Daltrey needs to button up the shirt though. Don't need the 70-year old man ****.

As for the Stones, yeah they are some ugly guys for sure. But they still have got it going on. My problem was the song selection. You Got Me Rocking.... Really???? They're playing two songs and that's one of them? It's a hurricane relief concert, how about Gimme Shelter?!?!

They don't want the exact artist lineup as the Concert for New York City

    Meaning the Gilmour replacement singer.

The Gilmour replacement guitar guy was good, but the singer just seemed like he didn't fit and I thought could have been better vocally.

No!!! I know that. I still wear ripped jeans because of Eddie Vedder!! I'm a #1 PJ fan.

I'm talking about the other guy who was there for the rest of the songs. Like the Dark Side stuff.
