kenwood m1 and c1

anyone familiar with, or have any experiance with either the m1 amp or c1 preamp? thanks.

    I am not familiar with them at all. But I know some people really like that combo. I would say to google them for reviews. And if the price is in line get them. And then....send me that M504! :mrgreen:

    Onkyo Integra M504, Bottlehead Foreplay III, Denon SACD, Thiel CS2.3, NHT VT-2, VT-3 and Evolution T6, Infinity RSIIIa, SDA1C and a few dozen other speakers around the house I change in and out.

    If you are referring to the Basic M1 and C1, then yes, they are a good buy for the money. I really liked my Basic M2 and only sold it because the Adcom pre and it were not a good match. Go for the M2 if you can find one in good working condition. Plenty of power and a nice sound that won't break the bank.

    not in this lifetime, gary!! that puppy has a home forever right here! looking mostly at the c-1, as my hafler dh-101 is giving me fits. it's going to end up being a "learning experience" project, so i may get the c-1. i may trade my kenny kr-5600 for the m-1.
