Maggie's and bass

I am finally getting some quality time in with the two channel setup and am awestruck by the glorious sound coming from my amps and the big Maggie's. I have never had bass as DEEP, accurate and controlled as I am getting right now. The soundstage is as detailed and enveloping as if the artists were in the room with me.
After having these amazing pieces of gear stuffed into a 10x12 padded cell of an apartment, it is simply stunning to experience them in all their resplendent glory. I feel more certain than ever that my search for the bottom of the rabbit-hole is closer now than ever.

No, it is further away. Now you will be doing house upgrades to complement the gear.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Magico S5 MKII Mcast Rose speakers; SPOD spikes
Shunyata Triton v3/Typhon QR on source, Denali 2000 (2) on amps
Shunyata Sigma XLR analog ICs, Sigma speaker cables
Shunyata Sigma HC (2), Sigma Analog, Sigma Digital, Z Anaconda (3) power cables
Mapleshade Samson V.3 four shelf solid maple rack, Micropoint brass footers
Three 20 amp circuits. -
Yeah man, you are right about that. I am looking at a Classe CP-500 pre and a nice sacd player to round things out gear-wise. The real fun begins when I start building the audio room. The Gear... If your crossovers are factory you should definitely consider doing a DIY version of Peter Gunn's. The most significant improvement that I've ever heard from just a crossover.
